Job Details

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify effective solutions.

Explain repair recommendations and replacement options clearly to homeowners.

Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Accurately document work performed and maintain service records.

Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and professional.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job.

Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut HVAC license (D-2, S-2, S-10, or S-1) required.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
