Licensed Relationship Manager in Development - Continuous Opening

About the role

The Financial Center Banker will be located within our Pittsburgh market. This role involves providing financial advice and managing customer relationships, with the potential for full licensing after one year of participation in the LRM Development program.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and manage customer relationships through consultative approaches
• Identify customer financial needs and connect them with other financial experts
• Conduct financial assessments and offer personalized recommendations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Build long-term relationships with customers and address their financial needs proactively
• Adhere to Northwest Bank policies and Federal/State regulations
• Use Microsoft Office and other relevant software to enhance efficiency
• Participate in team activities and adhere to security and dual control processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
