Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Complete an 8-week training course to get your business up and running within the first 90 days on the team.
• Attend ongoing virtual trainings to grow your real estate business and generate leads.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities according to team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meetings.
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback following client appointments.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Track tasks and activities in Place Technology.

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required, but we welcome those who are studying for their exam.
• Ambitious and able to prioritize tasks.
• Straightforward, open, and honest communicator.
• Desire to kickstart your real estate business.
