Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems

- Real estate license
