Qualifications

• NC Real Estate License is a MUST!
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to leverage technology effectively to manage listings and streamline the buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating offers and contracts, always advocating for clients' best interests.
• Strong communication skills to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance during property showings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Experience in lead generation and engagement, utilizing our proven systems to identify potential buyers and sellers.

Pay

$83,500 - $155,000/year
