Responsibilities
- Daily warm appointments booked by our inside sales team
- High-quality buyer and seller leads from open houses, prospecting, and online ads
- Full backend support, including TC admin, CRM, and marketing
- Daily role play, weekly coaching, and mentorship from top producers
- Access to elite training through the Upgrade Community
- Just in Time Coaching UPGRD identity work and private agent Q and A sessions
- Leads support and marketing team in Oceanside
Requirements
- Hold an active CA real estate license
- Be full-time and fully committed to growth
- Want real mentorship, proven systems, and consistent lead flow
