About the role

FAM Realty Group is seeking a licensed real estate agent with experience in rural, land, or lifestyle properties. The ideal candidate will be driven, coachable, and eager to grow, bringing expertise and connections to the table.

Responsibilities

• Consistent listing and buyer appointments through our inside sales department
• CMA preparation, marketing assistance, and offer management support
• Exclusive access to seller leads, predictive seller data, and referral pipelines
• Open house tools, including flyers, signage, and strategy plans
• Complete admin and transaction coordination services
• Weekly coaching and mentorship focused on rural and lifestyle sales
• Access to the Upgrade Community coaching network
• Leverage provided systems and tools for success

Requirements

• Valid CA real estate license
• Rural, land, or lifestyle property experience
• Drive, coachability, and eagerness to grow
• Consistency in activities
• Team player with a focus on service and collaboration
• Intentional, positive, and growth-minded individual
• Tech comfort and purpose-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in rural, land, or lifestyle property sales
• Passion for working with clients in Julian and nearby communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
