Responsibilities

• Represent sellers in residential listing transactions
• Manage pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and negotiations
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
• Oversee transaction flow from listing agreement through closing

Qualifications

• Active Michigan real estate license in good standing
• Demonstrated residential listing experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage listing transactions independently

Compensation

$250,000 - $250,000/year
