Compensation Range:

  • This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-$200,000 or more per year. There is no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

  • An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license
  • Located in the greater Atlanta area
  • Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
  • Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
  • An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
  • An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
  • A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
