Responsibilities

  • Follow our HOMEBASE SALES GENERATOR PLAN to generate business in your first 90 days with us
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Lead generate for 15 hours a week: We will teach you how
  • Choose how many open houses to do monthly
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

  • You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
  • Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
  • Overcoming objections comes naturally
  • You are a strong communicator and committed to service
  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
