Community Partner Group, in partnership with PLACE and Real Broker, is seeking full-time licensed agents in Virginia who are committed to building a thriving and long-lasting real estate career. Responsibilities

• Leads Handed to You: Spend less time chasing and more time closing deals with opportunities provided directly.
• Turn Conversations Into Closings: Use our scripts, playbooks, and coaching to convert leads and your sphere into signed clients.
• Grow Fast With October Training: Access our new fast-track training program to secure 3 extra transactions before year-end.
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Utilize team systems and support for consultations, showings, and open houses to focus on revenue-driving activities.
• Never Lose a Lead: Keep your pipeline organized with our CRM (Brivity) and follow-up tools to ensure no opportunities slip through.
• Stay Sharp and Accountable: Participate in huddles and weekly accountability sessions to stay motivated and hit your goals.
• Proven Playbooks: Leverage tested scripts and strategies already creating top producers on the team.
• Earn More by Growing Together: Collaborate with teammates and leadership invested in your success to build a lasting business.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required).
• Full-time commitment to real estate (not a side hustle).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems.
• Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and high level of personal accountability.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Pay

$95,000 - $137,500 USD Yearly (commission-based position).
