Qualifications Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required)Full-time commitment to real estate (this is not a side hustle)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindsetComfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systemsOpen to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvementA positive attitude and high level of personal accountabilityMust have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Compensation $95,000 - $137,500 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
