Qualifications
- PhD, PsyD, or Post-Doctoral level clinician
- Wisconsin licensed, license eligible, or PSYPACT eligible

Compensation
Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support clinician career goals, scheduling preferences, and work-life balance. Compensation Options Include:
- Fee-for-service model with competitive rates based on licensure and experience ($95+ per billed clinical hour)
- Salary compensation model with market-competitive pay based on experience, responsibilities, and clinical role
Additional compensation opportunities may be available for supervision responsibilities, leadership involvement, and program development.
