- Active independent licensure in BOTH Florida and Washington, DC
- Already credentialed with Headway
- Trauma-focused: psychodynamic, IFS, EMDR, somatic, or relational lens (purely CBT folks would not be a fit)
- Start ASAP as a 1099 contractor, with a written pathway to a full-time W2 salaried role plus bonus as your caseload builds
- Weekly consultation, internal IFS training, and a team that actually supports each other
