About the role

The NP will provide direct patient care to skilled nursing facilities and rehab patients. The NP will meet with patients for initial assessments, diagnosis, and continue to follow treatment plans as outlined.

Our goal is to deliver personalized quality services to those in post-acute and long-term care. The NP will serve as the front line of care and assist the clinical team of psychologists, social workers and interns accordingly.

Requirements

This position is open throughout the state of Florida.

• State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferably with a specialization in adult development and aging.
• Proficient in data analysis, experience with interdisciplinary research, and the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Highly motivated, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and committed to ongoing professional development.
