About the role
The Licensed Psychologist provides direct clinical psychological services to UCR students and supports the campus community. Responsibilities include individual, couples, and group therapy for all registered students, with a focus on marginalized communities such as first-generation college students; Black/African American, Latinx, Undocumented, Indigenous/First Nations, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Multi-racial, and other students of color. The role also involves crisis intervention, consultation with students, staff, and faculty, supervision of interns in the APA-accredited internship program, and participation on University committees. The psychologist may serve as a liaison and conduct outreach to various campus communities. A successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed support for underrepresented groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to UCR students, with a focus on marginalized communities.
- Deliver crisis intervention services.
- Consult with students, staff, and faculty.
- Supervise interns in the APA-accredited internship program.
- Serve on University committees representing the CAPS department.
- Act as a liaison and conduct outreach to campus communities.
Requirements
- Current work authorization in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available for this position).

Pay
The full salary range for this position is $102,439.14 – $149,480.75 annually. The expected pay scale is up to $140,833.97 annually, based on education, years of licensure experience, and organizational needs.
