About the role
Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist Associate (LPA) to join our team in North Carolina. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Masters degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensed Psychologist Associate (LPA) in North Carolina
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychology
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health record systems
