About the role

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist Associate (LPA) to join our team in North Carolina. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions to clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Psychologist Associate (LPA) in North Carolina
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychology
  • Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health record systems
