About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist with a strong background in psychological assessment and diagnosis to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families. This position is designed for a psychologist who wants to focus on clinical interpretation, diagnostic formulation, consultation, and high-quality psychological and neuropsychological assessment without carrying the full administrative burden of the testing process.
Responsibilities
- Congduct comprehensive psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents
- Interpret assessment findings and provide diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations
- Prepare high-quality psychological and neuropsychological reports
- Collaborate with families, treatment providers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in treatment planning and ongoing clinical consultation
- Provide consultation to treatment teams and clinical staff
- Provide supervision and mentorship to trainees or clinical staff based on experience and interest
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and clinical education
- Provide education related to mental health, neurodevelopmental conditions, assessment findings, and evidence-based treatment
Qualifications
- Wisconsin psychologist license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
- Training and experience in psychological assessment and diagnosis
- Eligibility for credentialing and reimbursement through Wisconsin Medicaid and other third-party payers
- Strong clinical reasoning and ethical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office technology
