Role Overview

This position is for fully licensed psychiatrists seeking to build or expand their private practice. It offers tools, resources, and support to streamline insurance credentialing, operations, and compliance, enabling providers to focus on delivering quality care on their own terms.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Credentialing: Free credentialing across multiple states, often within 30 days.
• Revenue Growth: Access to competitive insurance rates nationwide.
• Payment & Tools: Reliable bi-weekly payments and integrated EHR features like scheduling, messaging, and documentation.
• Compliance & Education: Industry regulation support and free CEUs through Headway Academy.

Provider Requirements

• Licensed with DEA/CDS, ANCC certification, NPI, and malpractice insurance.
• Desire to manage their practice independently, controlling schedule and client load.
• Licensed to practice in applicable states (MD/DO).

Additional Notes

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with full autonomy. Headway does not support unlicensed professionals. The platform enhances patient access through insurance verification and billing assistance, allowing providers to focus on care delivery.
