About the role

Sycamores partners with the 988 mental health crisis hotline to provide support; the hotline offers initial phone support and triages calls to Sycamores Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams for in‑person response. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team operates 24/7, 365 days a year with flexible shifts. The Licensed Psychiatric Technician responds in person to deliver crisis stabilization, safety planning, assessments for danger to self or others, and to write 51/50 holds when needed, provides follow‑up support, co‑responds with a MCOT Peer Support Specialist using the team van, leads care coordination (locating hospitals, ambulances, housing, etc.), works within specified geographic areas (
