Evaluate client's medical and psychiatric needs
Manage/prescribe client's medications, collaborating with our nursing staff on direct care needs related to medications.
Order and evaluate basic tests
- Blood draws
- Urine analysis
- Covid test
Document progress notes, Psychiatric evaluations, and History and Physical notes
Document progress notes, Psychiatric evaluations, and History and Physical notes in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively
- With other staff
- With clients
- With parents/guardians
Plan and implement actions
- According to clients' needs
- To formulate plan of care including discharge planning
Evaluate; perform ongoing assessments
- Work as a member of the clinical team coordinating care of clients with psychotherapists and case managers
Comply with SJC's policies
- Maintain Current Board Certification with the ANCC
- Maintain required CME's and Regulatory Requirements to maintain active License
- Maintain Current Utah APRN License with prescribing authority with DOPL
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Currently Licensed in the State of Utah (Ph.D., LCSW, LCMHC, MFT) or actively working towards licensure
- Provide no less than 20 direct service hours per week, on average
- Must be able to pass a background check
