Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're eager to recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Counseling
- A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Michigan
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
