About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented counselors in our San Marcos, TX office who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This role is 1 day a week in the office on Friday, with the rest of the workweek remote from home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LPC in the State of Texas (we are unable to accommodate associate-level clinicians at this time).
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Pay
Compensation range: $75,000–$100,000+, based on a productivity model.
