About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy within a holistic psychotherapy practice. The LPC will deliver integrative, evidence-based care with a focus on trauma, stress, mind-body wellness, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive client care
• Contribute to a growth-focused culture within the practice

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a valid license to practice in the relevant state
• Experience in providing integrative, evidence-based therapy, particularly in areas of trauma, stress, mind-body wellness, and personal growth
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and peer consultation
