About the role

Meet with children, adolescents and their families for an initial behavioral health assessment and collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan.

Responsibilities

• Build a trusted therapeutic relationship through regular individual, family, or group counseling sessions.
• Evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure clients receive the care and encouragement needed to thrive.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Sensitivity to cultural diversity and dual diagnosed mental health populations.
