Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
- Document clinical care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams to coordinate treatment and safety planning.
- Support crisis escalation when necessary and manage referrals, billing, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor certification.
- Experience in evidence-based therapy and telehealth delivery.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
