About the Role

Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual telehealth sessions and document care in EMR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams to coordinate treatment, safety planning, and crisis support.
• Focus on high-quality patient care with minimal administrative tasks, as referrals, billing, and scheduling are managed separately.

Requirements

• Licensed professional counselor credential.
• Experience providing evidence-based therapy, preferably via telehealth.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility and adapt to a team-focused environment.
