Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in accordance with their individual needs and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on industry developments.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Minnesota as an LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling).
• Current license to practice in Minnesota.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using digital health technologies.

Pay

Compensation range: $73k - $126k, based on productivity.
