Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling, and ongoing assessments.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust with patients
• Create personalized treatment plans
• Conduct regular sessions
• Involve families when appropriate
• Participate in outreach activities

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist with at least 12 months of clinical experience post-licensure
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferably NextGen)
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Bilingual skills are a plus
