Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Role Overview: We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling, and ongoing assessments. Responsibilities: Establish trust with patients, create personalized treatment plans, conduct regular sessions, involve families when appropriate, and participate in outreach activities. Qualifications: Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist with at least 12 months of clinical experience post-licensure. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferably NextGen) and proficiency in computer applications are required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Skills & Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively, influence positively, and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Compensation includes a base salary plus billed hour bonuses, with total yearly earnings potentially exceeding $111,000 based on billed hours.
