Role Overview: This position supports patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision by licensed professionals or RNs. It involves coordinating care, maintaining patient rights, and ensuring confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on clinical experience in various practice areas including Medical/Surgical, Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, and Cardiac Telemetry.Support your journey toward becoming an RN by gaining acute care experience, strengthening bedside skills, and learning from experienced professionals.Assist with patient care, collaborate with departments, and uphold professional accountability.Participate in educational support, mentorship, and flexible scheduling tailored for nursing students pursuing their RN degree.Build a foundation for future nursing roles, explore career growth, and develop skills for a seamless transition from LPN to RN. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN license in the state.Graduated from an accredited nursing program.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
