Unlike traditional nursing roles, our LPNs do a little bit of everything: providing basic medical care, leading activities, assisting with social support, accompanying participants on outings, and helping foster a safe and engaging environment. This position is ideal for an energetic, flexible, and compassionate nurse who enjoys building relationships with participants and working as part of a team in a lively day program.

  • Program & Participant Engagement:
    • Aid in planning and leading daily activities to promote socialization, wellness, and cognitive engagement.
    • Participate in and supervise community outings, ensuring participant safety.
    • Support participants in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Teamwork & Coordination:
