Licensed Practical Nurse - Wellness Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents' doctors
• Supervise and motivate care staff
• Maintain accurate records such as nurses' notes and medication logs

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners

Qualifications

• Geriatric experience (preferred)
• Dementia care experience (preferred)
• Electronic medical records experience (preferred)

• Effective communication in English
• Ability to work collaboratively and every other weekend
• Dedication to quality care and dignity for residents
