About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day unit operations, ensuring high standards of resident care. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, providing education and guidance, maintaining infection prevention standards, and ensuring appropriate staffing to meet resident needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned unit.

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Illinois LPN license.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of LPN experience in a skilled nursing setting.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include prior unit or department leadership experience and five (5) years of LPN experience in skilled nursing.
