We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond proactively
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (Point Click Care)
• Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion

Requirements

• Active Florida Nurse license
• Valid CPR certification
• IV certification
• Ability to learn and navigate Point Click Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered mindset

We welcome both new graduates and experienced LPNs.

Pay

• LPN: $24–$30 per hour (DOE and shift differential)
• RN: $31–$36.50 per hour (DOE and shift differential)
• $3,200 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
• Weekend incentives, shift differentials, overtime pay, and attendance bonuses
• Weekly pay and holiday pay

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (day, evening, and overnight shifts available)
• Full-time and part-time roles
• Mon-Fri positions available
• Weekend Baylor opportunities
