Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to older adults.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to implement individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families about health and care needs.
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and support activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
- Mentor caregivers and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a warm, hospitality-focused community environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and caregiving skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to resident needs and changes.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and resident dignity.
