Key Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy: Serve as the patient’s voice by promptly addressing concerns and collaborating with providers for effective resolutions
• Mastery of Technology: Leverage your expertise in electronic medical records to efficiently manage patient care, documentation, and communication
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily huddles, ensuring seamless workflows and proactive solutions to patient and scheduling challenges
• Quality Care Standards: Monitor medical necessity for orders, assist with referrals, and ensure compliance with quality payment incentive programs
• Patient Education: Conduct engaging and informative education sessions tailored to specific clinic needs
• Support & Flexibility: Cheerfully assist other units or clinics during shortages and handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
• Graduate from an approved vocational licensed practical nurse program
• CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Must maintain current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado.
• Must maintain current BLS certification.
