What is Required?
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing.
- A Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse.
- One year of experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
- Experience in a home health environment is preferred.
- Fifty percent travel required.
- Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
- A Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
Pay & Benefits Information
The base salary for this position is $30.00 to $32.00 Per Hour, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
