About the role
Provide compassionate care in a clinical setting, assisting patients with daily activities and administering medications as directed.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility needs
- Administer medications according to physician’s orders
- Monitor patient health status and report significant changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- One year of relevant healthcare experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
