Delivering Compassionate Care: Providing high-quality, patient-centered support within your scope of practice, ensuring every patient feels safe, heard, and valued.
Active Assessment: Utilizing your clinical intuition to monitor patient well-being and status, acting as a crucial second set of eyes for the care team.
Clinical Support: Administering medications with precision and performing essential diagnostic and therapeutic services to support recovery.
Empowering Families: Acting as an educator and guide. You will translate complex treatment plans into clear, actionable steps, ensuring patients and their families leave our care with the confidence, resources, and peace of mind they need for a successful recovery at home.
Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate care within your scope of practice.
- Maintaining vigilance over patient well-being and status.
- Administering medications with precision and performing diagnostic and therapeutic services.
- Translating complex treatment plans into clear, actionable steps for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OK or KS state licensure required relevant to where the employee works.
- Knowledge and skill in writing prescriptions for the Physician as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
