About the Role

The LPN provides direct, individualized patient care in an urgent care setting, supporting a community-focused, physician-led organization committed to improving healthcare quality and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment
• Room patients, obtain health histories, and check vital signs
• Document care using electronic medical records
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations
• Assist providers with procedures and perform point-of-care testing

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current Massachusetts LPN license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Ambulatory setting exposure, including telephone triage

Additional Details

The role involves regional travel across multiple sites, with varying hours.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour.
