About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leaders
- Follow care plans and ensure safety and quality of care in accordance with CDC guidelines
Key Duties
- Deliver personalized nursing care
- Maintain safety protocols
- Utilize clinical support resources
- Foster meaningful patient relationships
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
- TB test
- BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care
