About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership
- Deliver care in alignment with CDC safety guidelines
- Manage G-tube, trach, and vent needs
- Maintain clear care plans
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- BLS CPR certification
- TB test
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to train for complex medical equipment
- Prior experience with G-tube, trach, or vents preferred
