Licensed Practical Nurse (Pediatric)

About the role

Care Options for Kids is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in the home for a pediatric patient with skilled nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feeds, daily and nighttime routines
• Accompany the patient on outings
• Support a recent college graduate starting her masters program

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
