Licensed Practical Nurse (Pediatric)

About the Role

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Focus on delivering consistent, confident care while supporting children with complex needs such as G-tube, trach, or ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans with RN oversight
• Ensure safety protocols in a home setting
• Foster meaningful patient relationships
• Maintain compliance with CDC safety guidelines
• Utilize provided PPE

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
• TB test
• BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to train in specialized care (e.g., G-tube, trach, vent)
