About the Role

Provide quality nursing care in a psychiatric setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time or PRN).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain patient records
• Promote health education
• Communicate for continuity of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse

Requirements

• Current Virginia LPN license or license eligible
• Multi-state compact endorsement accepted
• Inpatient hospital or psychiatric experience

Skills

• Ability to perform skilled, patient-centered nursing care for individuals with complex mental and physical illnesses within the scope of licensure
