About the role
This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide services per prescribed orders
- Monitor for physiologic and psychosocial changes
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferred one year of nursing experience
