About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care for elderly participants under RN supervision at a PACE Center.
Responsibilities
- Triage participants
- Administer medications
- Assist with lab orders
- Perform dressing changes and wound care
- Document patient conditions
- Coordinate care with team members
- Provide patient education
- Support care policies in line with physician practices
Requirements
- Active LPN/Vocational Nurse license
- Associate degree or vocational training
- At least 1 year of experience
- BLS and First Aid certifications (must be obtained within specified timeframes)
- No travel required
