About the role
AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to our patients in the Birmingham area for Private Duty In-Home Care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient care and progress
Requirements
- Current MI Nursing License
- Proven Nursing Experience
- Familiarity with Professional and Technical Emerging Knowledge
- Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to Travel within the Service Area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
