Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN direction, maintaining professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN license, LPN-IV certification (Missouri), and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
