Licensed Practical Nurse Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Documenting patient information accurately in EMR and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license.
• Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
