About the Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform duties requiring physical endurance such as lifting, standing, and reaching.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support certification (or able to obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
Preferred experience but not mandatory.
